Magnificent vintage ceramic pitcher / carafe / jug that is made in Westerwald, Germany.

This beautiful pottery piece is covered with a cobalt blue enamel glaze and a gray background. It is decorated with a meticulous relief design made up of: flourishes, dragons, crowned archangels, and vegetation.
