Magnificent vintage French animal sculpture in ceramic typical of the Art Deco period signed by C. Battachi<\/p>\n

It depicts a panther lurking in the grass with its mouth open, and its fangs visible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The statue is in good condition with the exception of a scratch on its back and some chips at the bottom of the base.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The signature reads C (or E) Battachi.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Superb piece which can be seen through its colors and its condition.<\/p>\n
