Vintage pitcher / carafe / jug in light grey stoneware decorated with blue patterns obtained from cobalt oxide.

This model is typical of the Betschdorf salt stoneware which uses a vitrification technique that dates back to the 17th century which renders the pieces waterproof and unalterable.
